Hi, I'm Kaylee 👋 I started Moves You Training after leaving my full-time role as a Personal Training Director to coach women online.
I found that online coaching allows me to give you so much more than a few in-person sessions ever could. As a coach I provide full nutrition support, custom workout plans and the accountability and encouragement you need throughout your journey.
I love my job as an online coach and am so passionate about helping women build a strong and confident body, both in and outside of the gym!
My passion for fitness started with my own journey. After struggling with my weight for years, I lost 35 pounds in 2015 by learning about nutrition.
Now, I help women build strong, confident bodies with strategies that actually work. No restrictive diets. Just a smart, sustainable approach.
